Welcome to SiteLog, a mobile application operated by SimpleAudits.app ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE APPLICATION.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using SiteLog (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using SiteLog, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Description of Services

SiteLog allows users to capture, upload, and process images using artificial intelligence technologies. The App may generate content, suggestions, or transformations based on user-submitted images or prompts.

4. Artificial Intelligence Services

SiteLog integrates artificial intelligence services provided by OpenAI. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated outputs are automated.
• Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected.
• Outputs are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
• AI-generated content does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated results.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any images or content you upload to the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant SimpleAudits.app a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, transmit, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

You agree not to upload, submit, or share content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or explicit material
• Violates the privacy rights of others

6. Responsibility for Content Outside the App

SimpleAudits.app holds no responsibility for how users' images or generated content are used outside of the SiteLog application. Once content is downloaded, shared, screenshotted, exported, or otherwise removed from the App, the Company is not responsible for any subsequent use, redistribution, or misuse.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings. The Company does not control and is not responsible for Apple's billing practices.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its software, design, trademarks, logos, and content (excluding User Content), are owned by SimpleAudits.app and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the App without prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services, including but not limited to AI providers and Apple Inc. for distribution and payment processing. The Company is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy or reliability of results.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimpleAudits.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, AI-generated content, User Content, service interruptions, or data loss.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct.

13. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
